What remains unresolved

Strawberries at River Berry were not due for harvest until 2019; the broad summary does not establish a yield result there. Longer-term soil-health effects remain unresolved.

Sources and review method

Three public SARE final reports were checked at the claim level on September 13, 2026. Findings were not independently reanalyzed. No effects were pooled across projects, no precise field coordinates were inferred, and award totals were not treated as spending or economic returns.
