Hub Partner Program

Your research is funded, real — and invisible. A hub fixes that.

Labs, experiment stations, extension networks, and state funding bodies run the trials behind the map — but the smaller ones especially have no way to show what their money produced. Claim your hub free. Add impact reporting when you're ready to prove it to funders and boards.

Claim your hub — free See partner tiers

A hub can be a lab → institute → network → funding agency. Claiming is always free.

What you actually get

Three rewards, one platform.

Get discovered

Every paper in the index becomes a doorway to your hub. Searchable by topic, region, funder, and impact — the people building ag research find you.

Show your impact

A public profile with a mission-specific evidence score, confidence label, momentum sparkline, citation context, geographic reach, and topic mix — plus briefs built for funder and board conversations.

Connect with funders

Partner hubs get weekly funding-match alerts and priority placement on funder profile pages. The matchmaker side of the platform points at you.

Tiers & pricing

Start free. Pay when reporting matters.

Claiming or updating a hub is always free. Paid tiers add hands-on curation, Local Fit, and funder-ready impact reporting.

Local Fit = we separate the studies that match your geography, soils & production system from broad background research — so your hub leads with evidence that actually applies.

Proof artifact

What a partner report actually shows.

The paid tiers are not just a prettier directory listing. They turn the public research graph into a reusable impact brief: where your work appears, who is looking for it, what funders connect to it, and where the evidence gaps are still visible.

Geography: county, state, watershed, or multi-state networkProduction context: crop, system, management practice, and outcomeEvidence context: papers, citations, recency, and field relevanceFunding context: agencies, foundations, programs, and topic gaps

Local Fit

Shows which studies match the partner geography, production system, and outcomes, then separates high-fit evidence from broad background research.

Reach by geography

Summarizes hub page views, searches, and topic interest by state or region so partners can explain visible demand to funders.

How it works

Three steps to a live hub.

1

Claim or tell us about your hub

Start with the free public profile, or use a quick intro call to map your geography, audience, and reporting needs to the right paid tier.

2

We build & calibrate

For paid tiers, we stand up your branded hub, load and verify papers, and calibrate Local Fit for your geography. Most hubs go live within two weeks.

3

Go live & measure

Your hub is public and searchable. New papers process in 48 hours, and you get impact reporting on views, searches, and practitioner reach by geography.

Frequently asked

Questions worth answering.

What's the difference between the tiers?+

Claimed Hub is the free public profile. Founding Regional adds partner branding, curated indexing, Local Fit for one geography, and an annual impact brief. Institutional adds unlimited papers, the full dashboard, and quarterly board-ready reporting. Enterprise is for funders, networks, and multi-hub programs that need custom reporting, API/data access, or a dedicated contact.

Is there a setup fee?+

Not for the current founding packages. Setup is included for Founding Regional and Institutional partners so smaller organizations can start without a second procurement hurdle. Enterprise onboarding is scoped case by case.

Do you offer nonprofit or early-career pricing?+

Yes. Many small nonprofits, conservation districts, and university labs should start with a free claimed hub. If the paid tier is useful but still high, we can flex the Founding Regional rate.

How does billing work — and can I cancel?+

Claimed hubs are free. Paid tiers are billed annually; if you cancel mid-term we refund the unused months. Your indexed papers stay in the public directory regardless.

Can my institution be a research hub AND appear as a funder?+

Yes — many of our hubs are. Foundations and corn boards in particular often show up both as hubs and on the Funder profile pages.

How is the evidence score calculated?+

Each hub uses a mission-specific profile: funders, labs, networks, extension programs, universities, nonprofits, and industry partners are measured against responsibilities that fit their work. Every score carries a provisional or established confidence label, and scores are compared only with the same mission profile.

What about data ownership?+

You own your data. Our indexed metadata stays public (it's already public via CrossRef). Editable hub content (description, logo, etc.) is yours to remove anytime.

Is there an SLA?+

Founding Regional and Institutional hubs get 48-hour new-paper processing and email support. Enterprise adds a dedicated contact, priority processing, and a written SLA when the scope calls for it.
